Do paypal prefer Gmail accounts compared to hotmail accounts?

I have read this a few times, is it true?

if so, why do they prefer gmail ?

    The Paypal website doesn't say anything about this, so I don't see how this could be true.

    PayPal doesn't care about your email provider; why would they? It's like them caring if your name starts with a T. It was no relation to anything.

    I don't think so. Hotmail has been around for ages,
    and obviously lots of paypal account holders have
    hotmail. So, again, I don't think so.
