setting up e-junkie to automate everything

Hi,
I'm trying to figure out how to set up e-junkie so that I dont have to do anything.(check image to see how I have it set up) Did I do something wrong?? because when I buy my ebook the paypal account says payment status unclaimed. I don't want to have to claim every single purchase. That would be very tedious.

My psychic powers tell me that you have sent your payment from an unverified PayPal account to a PayPal account configured to require approval for unverified accounts.

Where in paypal do I change this setting?

    Is it this?
Block Payments for the items not sold on eBay from U.S. users who do not provide a confirmed address:
    Yes
    No
    Ask Me
because I have it selected on No

I have no idea. It's been a long time since I needed to, and they've moved everything all about. Whenever I need to do something on PayPal, I have to search their support database to find out where to do it.
