Rules on Reviewing Products

Regards rules on this forum, if you have had a bad experience, someone hasn't delivered what is promised both in product and service, and then refuses to respond to messages and corresondence, is this deemed to be breaking the rules about bad mouthing product owners, or is it ok as long as you stick to the facts and don't get too personal?

    The rule is to take it up with who ever you bought from.

    If you got it on a WSO then you can go remark your experiences on that sellers thread, and submit a ticket at the support desk for them to look into the matter.

    Could be a seasonal thing, a lot of people in this industry are taking long holiday's right now, even one of my IM biz partners can only be contacted via cell phone until Feb - no Internet access (by choice), so I can only imagine how many more are doing exactly the same at this time of year.

    Yes, if it's consistent and deliberate behavior from service providers/product sellers. You can contact mods or try leaving comments on his thread regarding your problem, it's not bad mouthing them because you're a customer and simply want to be treated as one. But be patient before behaving this way as they might have some problem at their end for thr time being.
