Is there any software that can create a title...

For a project of mine, I have to ask if there exist any software that can:

grab 3, 4, 5 words from say the first line in a text and create a title?

I think I have read about such a software a few years back but
now I'm not sure, and have to ask you guys
( Where else do you ask for those things )
