Getting Premium Advertising

Hi All

I've been reading about website flipping and monitising the sites etc. One of the ways mentioned that was made to sound very easy was getting premium advertising. Can anyone tell me how to go about getting this

    Most likely they mean PPC, but in most media, premium advertising is highly targeted media (demographics), favored placement of the ad, prime time (as in TV/radio), or even high traffic (as in websites). It is not easy and not recommended unless your advertising has been proven to convert well.
