Any ideas for a video production company?

I own a full blown video production company and I've been doing some dabbling with internet marketing selling digital products as well as one minute website promo videos. I haven't made a whole lot of money with those projects but they do occasionally bring in a few bucks here and there.

I got away from the custom one minute web promo videos because it's impossible to compete with the pricing given here on the Warrior Forum. I don't know how some of these warriors do those so cheap and still make money.

I was thinking of trying to do something locally with offline businesses. I remember reading in a thread somewhere here (can't find it at the moment) where you can go into a local business and offer them a quick one minute video and then get them on the first page of Google.

I can easily create the one minute or so videos, but I'm not sure how I'd be able to get them on the first page of Google. I'd also have to convince customers that this would be a monthly service and I'm not sure if businesses in my area would go for that or how I'd explain the advantages.

So is anyone here promoting videos and SEO services to local brick and mortar businesses? Is it possible for me to create the video and outsourse the SEO part (yet still take a percentage off the top of that fee)?

Just looking for some creative ideas on how to utilize my skills and equipment.
