Having Trouble Uploading a Theme I purchased

so i dowloaded a review theme. i went into themes on wordpress and uploaded the file. it said everything was good so i "activated it". then it said something about "make sure your google analytics is set up right or something to that affect". now on the bottom of my themes page it says:
Broken Themes

The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.
NameDescriptionguitarreviewthemepackageStylesheet is missing.

so tried uploading it again and i keep getting this error message:

Unpacking the package...
Installing the theme...
Destination folder already exists. /home/eric2487/public_html/bestbreadmakersreviews.com/wp-content/themes/guitarreviewthemepackage/
Theme install failed.

is there anyway i can delete this theme and re-install it or make it work with my wordpress. i purchased the theme for $39 so i don't want to scrap if i can help.

Any advice will be appreciated

    Did you upload the zip file? Or unzip it and then upload?

    I would delete the theme from the site and try uploading the zip file again.

    If it still doesn't work, contact the person/site you bought it from.

      actually scratch what i just said:

      i re-uploaded the zip file and activated the theme. got the following message in red font:
      You have updated your theme, please check your Google Analytics settings to make sure Google Analytics can still function correctly.

      now what do i need to fix on the google analytics settings button? this is where i'm stuck

        I really think it would be a good idea to get support from whoever you bought the theme from. I haven't ever had any issues with a theme affecting my Google Analytics settings so I'm afraid I'm clueless there.

    To delete a theme go into your Wordpress Admin panel to Appearance/Themes and under each theme there is "Delete" tab -use that.

    You can also delete a theme via your website Control Panel using your FTP program ie Filezilla or similar: Go to wp-content/themes and find the theme you want to delete and delete it.
