The Truth of " Make $5,000 in 30 days"

Hi Guys,

To those who came into this thread, i believe you are attracted to the title of this post. And i believe most of them are newbie. Im not trying to sell anything but to give you some advice and motivations to make your first money online.

As I am a newbie too, the first mistake that i do is to buy almost every products which were coming out and getting into more mailing list everyday! and that also killed me as i read too much and trying to do too many things at one time.

I am sure that most of us come across products that say "Make $5,000 in 30 days" and the next moment, you are on the billing page. And this carry on for a few products and most of us simply just gave up.

The truth is that this kind of products does make money but we need some experience. The experience is important as it prevent you from making mistakes and takes up lots of your time. Many newbie like me fail to have this kind of experience as our mindset is "hook" onto the $$ factor.

As a newbie, i would suggest to stop buying more products and just start learning one method. Many gurus here have said so many times. And it is such a good advice. WHY? Because the more you take actions, the more you learn along the way and also know some of the shortcuts. This will help you learn from mistakes while taking up other projects and thus making more money.

The first advice that i want to give here is start taking actions and stop buying more products as that will only confuse you more. Hope this help.

Sorry if my english is bad.

I agree, I've found myself guilty of the same stuff, too! It's so easy to get attracted all the bright shiny objects instead of focusing on the job - I guess it's a type of procrastination.

As a newbie, i advice you to learn one thing first. For me is article marketing and learning new things everyday...There will be days where your attention will be diverted but that is normal because sometimes you can get sick of it.lol.but when you see income coming in, you will begin to love it.

    Nice post Owenlee,

Buying every product that comes out is a part of the newbie ritual. Consume as much information as possible so you know the general idea about everything instead of applying what you already know from the many courses you purchased and gaining experience through trial and error.

As a newb even the term "take action" is difficult because a newbie doesn't know exactly what that means or what he should actually do to get the best results of taking action sometimes. Of course more experienced marketers would say write articles, build links and give value to your customer as long as your "taking action". But even this task seems difficult to someone that hasn't had much experience selling online.

Apply what you know. Ask questions when you don't know. Keep it simple and remember to stay focused on your plan of attack.

This is great advice for newbies. Do not jump from method to method, but instead focus on one thing at a time until you see results. I assure you that you most likely won't experience instant or quick profits, but discipline yourself and keep doing it until your efforts snowball. It is so easy to be tempted by the next great IM product that is launching, but you have to resist that temptation if you want to make some real headway in your IM business.

I often see that 4-digit promises on paid products. Whats worst is you'll be brought to another upsell after that. To make $5000 give in effort, read on and read on... Warriorforum can be your weapon in your $5000 journey.

First of all, your english was nice. It was readable and understandable. Yeah, most of the people who want to earn money is How to get money without spending a penny? Because, this is only part time and just for earning money purposes only. I advice, dont spend a single penny online because, in the end, you will regret it because you will discover that it is a fake product. ^_^

I posted a similar article like this a week here on WF. Well, the same thing that is stressed, quit fooling around with *guaranteed results* products (not that they don't work, just don't spend too much time reading those reports), and start taking action. That's what matters most

    Yeah...Soon i will buy one membership...keke

Anyway..most newbie set a goal for themselves without knowing that by breaking down it into smaller goals, it is much now easier. For example, if they set the goal of making $1000 per mth, they can break it down first by making enough to cover the cost of their online biz. once the basic step is there, everything would be easier...

    correct me if im wrong..

    Cheers

You're absolutely right, Owen. You need to start with small, measurable goals first and then build on them. It's fine to have a big goal, but break them down into smaller, more easily achievable steps so that you can accurately measure your progress, and keep motivated along the journey towards your bigger goal.

  • Hi Owen! I'm sure you've heard this advice before: Find something that works for others, study it then start doing it. Well, that's not entirely correct, in my opinion. It should be rephrased as: Find something that works for others that can be saturated without affecting its effectiveness for you and new implementors, study it, modify particular components if necessary, then start doing it. I for one have chosen to use a concept which has been used for millions of years by the human race and has provided excellent results even though we aren't doing anything different up to this day: Walk Around... Look Around... Look Closer... Check Stuff Out... That's it. Found below is a pasted post I made on a "How to Easily Make Money Online" type of thread...

    It's actually a simple 3-step process:
    I. The Marketing Plan
1.1. Walk Around - What do businesses need? What do people need? What are the problems of people? What are the problems of businesses?
1.2. Look Around - Where are you? What can you do for others? What can other people around you do for you so you can do something beneficial for them and others? What can you do that others can't? What can you build? What can you build that others can't? What are you thinking of doing that others have yet to do? What places you in an advantage to do something which can help others over others trying to help those people?
1.3. Look Closer - Where are the people you can help with what you can do and with what others can do for you? Where do they go? What do they talk about? How do they talk to each other? What do they consider helpful? What is beneficial for them? What is reasonable for them? What is helpful for them? How can you contact them? How can you befriend them? How can you make them listen to you? How can they see you? How can you make them talk about you even when you are not around?
1.4. Check Stuff Out - What will make everything simpler for you and more effective for them? What works and what does not? What costs more which can be reduced? What costs time which can be reduced? What can make location irrelevant?

Conclusion: The human race started out by walking around, looking around, looking closer then checking stuff out, with only these things in their minds: Survival / Reproduction / Self Satisfaction.
Looking back, I believe we've gone a long way even though we're not doing anything different... An example of the need to survive would be scientists dedicating their lives to finding possible remedies and solutions against cancer and HIV among other diseases and disabilities... An example of the need to reproduce would be scientists and doctors dedicating their lives to finding possible ways to improve male and female fertility, to ensure safe and convenient pregnancy/birth as well as to optimize sexual interest and to prolong dexterity of people for higher statistical possibilities of successful pregnancy and birth... An example of the need for self satisfaction would be scientists dedicating their lives to find solutions for developing safe and organic seedless watermelons the size of professional bowling balls...

    II. The Business Plan
2.1. People - Yourself / Others You Can Help / Others Who Can Help You Help Others
2.2. Process - Ways and Guidelines That Can Help you and Others Who Help You Help Others to Help More People Better
2.3. Technology - Things That Can Help You Help Others and Others Helping You Help Others toBecome a Much Easier Job

    III. The Action Plan
3.1. Do or Do Not... There is No Try... - Yoda
3.2. All Truths are Easy to Understand Once They are Discovered... The Point is to Discover Them... - Galileo Galilei
3.3. Insanity: Doing the Same Thing Over and Over Again and Expecting Different Results... - Albert Einstein

I didn't say it would be "easy" though...
