Need to do email marketing for a local biz customer but no idea were to go

I am trying to market a local biz customers promotions to there zip code threw emails. I would appreciate any help and suggestions on how to go about this and what options are out there. Whats the best and cheapest options to use with email, facebook and twitter? Just looking for a quick geo-targeted email blasts for now I do not want to create opt-in lists and buy facebook and twitter ads. Whats the normal price for such a thing I need something cheap but very geo targeted.

    It depends on what you consider cheap. But you can buy these lists from InfoUSA. They will do the blast from copy you provide. I can't remember the price but I think it was about $1,000 minimum.

    Personally I think you would be better off buying a focused mailing list that matches their perfect customer and doing direct mail instead.
