"You got an affiliate sale"
"you just got a commission"

I don't want to mention any names, but I'm subscribed to a few people that put something like that in there email subject every single time, it makes me mad because it looks like there trying to trick me into clicking on it.

It looks that way because that's exactly what they're doing. My advice - get off their lists. If they have to trick you into opening their emails they're not offering anything worthwhile.

It's just a marketing method. It bugs me too. I would second the advice, unsubscribe.

Too many marketers are using this ploy. I just keep un-subscribing from their programs/newsletters and find more ethical marketers.

I don't like to be on to many list either, sometimes I get put into list because I'm referred to their list by someone I'm already subscribed to.. usually through a webinar or something of that nature.. I'm a sucker for webinars and watch them every time, so I get put into peoples list.

but gone are the days I can watch a webinar without being pitched to...

I like to have a select few that I subscribe to, but after I am subscribed to them for so long, they start marketing to me everyday.

What you should do now depends on what quality content you get inside those mails. If it helps you in some way, stick to them otherwise they also include "unsubscribe" option down the content.
The reason they include those titles is that they know people enter into internet marketing for money and quick and easy money so they keep it that way for newbies to click through and hopefully make a purchase. If you think you already know more than what you get from those mails then get off those lists.

I only get one of those once from someone, never twice.

I get the same and to me its so childish that they cannot come up with something more original than those two sentences. I let it go for a while and if it persists then I opt out from the list.

i get that one too, and how about "sorry i sent you the wrong link", and i wont say name but this one guy sends me today the new "mass money makers" twice and he sends me every new "magic system" twice for a week, that it's really annoying but i guess it's my fault for not unsubscribing

You're right. Too many marketers using this right now. My instant reaction is "unsubscribe". And they deserve it.
Sure it can be difficult getting people to open your every email... but that's also due to people feeling bombarded (=abused!)
Try just one or two emails a week, packed with great content and see the difference to your open rate.

Yeah, I've been getting those as well.

All of that crap just goes to a junk email account and unread. So all of those super clever IMers who think forcing me to join their list to check out their freebie... sorry, I'm just taking up space on your list.

I could unsubscribe but I'd rather take up space and cost them money.

A few send out useful stuff that can be spun and reused

So setup a hotmail account and start using it for all of the useless lists you join. If it's any good you can always rejoin with an email account you actually read. It'll save you a lot of time having to sort through the junk.

I hate these emails too, it seems some marketers (a.k.a spammers)
Funny. I get these from fellow warriors. OHZ NOZ!

    Hi Scott,

do what Sanssecret said and unsubscribe immediately, if you continue to receive emails from them after doing this(allow a week or so) report them for spam.
