What's your quote on these sites?

I have never done a website this big for a client. So I'll be getting an advanced programmer to help me.
But that's beside the point. What I like to know is your Quote for these websites.
All the content and technical requirements will be provided . The client basically wants to update the previous Casino website with newer, cleaner look...etc. But I assume it's almost like recreating the entire website, with the content ready to go.

So if you guys can help me out here, it'd be great.

      I talked to the Consultant(who works with the Casinos). We are going to set up a meeting and discuss all this. I asked him about the budget and he said there isn't a set budget for this.
      This is exciting. If it goes all right, then possibly my biggest payday yet. And after this, he has 6 more Casinos clients lined up to do the same thing.

      Any tips or suggestions you would recommend, before I meet this client?
