Are You Still Going to Use Third-Party Services to Run Your Business in 2011?
I mean third-party services like mediafire (for sharing files), Gmail, Yahoo and the likes (for email...), shared server, etc.
Why?
Is it not risky?

Why can't you do without them?
Don't you think it will have any negative effect on customer relations/support?
For example, you are selling pizza. So, your customer comes to your eStore to buy one but he's redirected to a third-party delivery company to take delivery of what he expected to get directly from you.
