If you get my name here and look me up on FB just to send me a hoplink, expect your message to be reported. It seems to be a fad lately.

Honestly, spammers are stalking everyone, everywhere like a paparazzi.

"We hate spam as much as you," so says many folks, webmasters, and so on yet spammers can't allow us to have a good night rest.

The tag spamming is out of control too, when I tag someone in something it's usually a pitch for their product/service or a joke or a thank you combined with a pitch for their product. This way anyone interested can check them out before they buy. I never tag anyone for my own products or services. Tonight I saw about 10 guys get tagged in someone's photo promo for a new product. I've also seen a lot of requests for "meeting people" lately, giving a completely wrong name (like how can you mess that up, their name is right there!) and ask. "what do you do for a living?" .. don't look in the info section or anything.
