Cameras with Pull-out/Swivel View Finders?!

Can anyone recommend a good digital camera or video camera that:

A) has a pull-out/swivel view finder/LCD, so that I can see myself while shooting a video of myself doing an IM presentation

B) has reasonably good video quality in lower light conditions

C) has good audio quality (good enough to be heard OK when the video's played on the blog)

D) is relatively easy to use, to upload video to blogs &/or YouTube

E) costs under $300?!

    check out the Sony MHS-CM5 bloggie on amazon (but no audio mic input)

    else the Zi8 (has audio input) and use a shaving mirror clamped behind the camera to the tripod..
