WARNING: The perils of market research

This should cheer you up!

I set-up a 21 year old female profile on Plenty of Fish to spy on the ad copy of the competition for this particular demographic, I used an image of an attractive young model.

Within a minute or two, I got an email which had some catchy headline, so I clicked to read what he said and he had inserted an image of his crotch then I was bombarded with emails that had headlines such as your hot and other lame stuff.

I unexpectedly learned how it must feel to be an attractive woman, having a bunch of dudes use lame pickup lines all the time, then being sent inappropriate PM's like the one mentioned above.

Talk about a turn-off.

I replied with, "what have you got there buddy? A dick or a f*cking Tic Tac? lmao, gtfo!" (He didn't reply)

This experience also demonstrates why most guys can never get laid. Also gives me an idea for a dating and relationship website.

Unfortunately, I was never able to complete the task I set out to do originally since I couldn't spot or get the PoF ads to show up

      I've done something similar on Craigslist. In fact I talk about this in my ebook and have data to support my theory about why many guys will never get laid. I can't imagine PoF is any different as I use that too. Anyway's I look forward to talking with you more.

        It really does not matter what site is in question, as long as it's related to dating. I tried a similar experiment in Backpage, and received similar lame/trashy responses to what Chris got on PoF. No wonder guys are complaining about not being able to get laid...lol!

    Another curse of being an attractive woman, people seldom take you seriously. Your boss invites you to important office meetings only to stand in a corner and look pretty (even if you are just an intern). :/ People look shocked the moment something intelligent comes out of your mouth... *sigh* You learn to live with it and separate the good guys from the douches at a glance.
    Its a good life in every other aspect.

      The thing is, as far as I'm aware, especially in this country, taking photo's of your "summer sausage" and sending it or showing it to someone, with out them either wanting to see it or actually getting it out themselves, constitutes indecent exposure and can get you put on the sex offenders register and a short spell at Her Majesties pleasure (where the inmates might be inclined to give you a bit of a kicking for being a "nonce")

      Chris, I think you should have found out where the idiot lives and reported him to his local police station. Point is, he sounds like a serial pervert and will continue until he's caught.

      Personally, I would have agreed to meet him, then set my dogs on him.
