Google Analytics-Which Domain Option???

Hi,
I am in the process of getting my Google analytics account set up right this second.
I was hoping to get a little advice ASAP regarding which option to choose when it comes to actually tracking the domains.
I have a .com domain but should I choose the multiple top level domains option? I only have one site, but if I have more in the future, will I be able to change this? Can I change the setting later on on my account so that it tracks more than 1 website?
What does the 3rd option even do?

    Yes you will be able to track more than one site using the add profile function

        OK, now something is SERIOUSLY WRONG!!!
        When I go back to WPD in order to activate the GA account as shown in the instructive video, there is no checkbox...??????
        What is wrong??? how could this happen? how to fix it???

            HA-LE-LOO-YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
            Finally I got that stinking problem fixed, all ebcause of some stinking "/" in the wrong place so there was a mismatch in the information.
            Must be super irritating when stuff like this happens along the way, getting hung on minor details, I hope it never happens again to me.
            Just goes to show you that sometimes the problem is less complicated than than a shoe lace...:rolleyes:
