Plugin for selling different products

Hi Warriors

Just after some technical help, I want to setup a wordpress website selling digital products. Everything should work out great except I can't work out the product delivery side.

I have got WP Sales Automator, which almost does the trick, but I don't think it will do exactly what I need.

My problem is that every customer will receive a unique product. I will never sell the same thing twice.

I can't get my head around directing every individual customer to a download link, which has their unique product.

Either that or I need to direct them to a unique download page.

I'm hoping there is a plugin or product to do this and I'm having no luck searching Google.

Please help Warriors!

    Hey,

    That is quite a hard one. You may have to outsource a tech guy who can handle all this for you or something along those lines.

    I say direct them to a unique download page which uses a GUID. For example, if the GUID generated were e1198374-8298-4fd4-b29a-3f2ba9f58408, then route them to yoursite.com/e1198374-8298-4fd4-b29a-3f2ba9f58408 or yoursite.com?product=e1198374-8298-4fd4-b29a-3f2ba9f58408. You can find GUID generators online.

      Thanks mandark, you got my head thinking there.

      I found some php examples, and should be able to get it working.
      This has turned into a programming issue I think, so I'll let it go in this thread!

      I was hoping there was a plugin built for this already, i will keep looking.

      Well i'm still developing it, but I will be offering a custom/unique digital product. Everyone will get a unique product. Only one person can download their particular product and thats it.

      I'm not sure if that makes sense, but imagine a website which allowed you to design something just for you, then you checkout and download it. You are the only one who gets that particular product.

      My site will be similar to that, in that when someone purchases their product, it will be unique to them.

      My issue is delivering their unique product just to them.

      I know it's getting a bit technical, but there are someone else must have done something similar before. Saves re-inventing everything from scratch
