How to Capture Leads Using a Landing Page?

Hi,

I am planning to set up a landing page to capture leads. Right now I want to design the landing page. Looked at the squeeze theme but looks a bit costly.

So is there any landing page generators for FREE or low cost that I can use?

I am planning to go with mailchimp as my email marketing provider.

    If you want free and are setting up something simple you can use an HTML editor like kompozer or dreamweaver. You will also need an FTP program to upload your site like filezilla

    I am not looking for a completely free offer... I can spend money if it is required. For 150$ I can get a custom page designed from one of the coders herein the WF... So I was wondering whether the squeeze theme was really worth it?

      You would be far better off saving your money and building a simple squeeze page yourself.

      If you know html you could create one in 5-10 minutes.

      If you look at the one Telman Knutson of list building fame uses it has no graphics at all.

      People focus on the content of your offer and not the fancy images.
