Fatal Error after Installing Contact form 7. plugin on Wordpress. really confused!!

I have Wordpress 2.7.1 , and i installed Contact us Form 7, after It was installed, there was a message on top of Plugins directory, Which read:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function esc_url_raw() in /home/rufinus/public_html/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/settings.php on line 24

To make matters worse, accessing my domain: http://losebellyfat-workout.com/

shows the same message!

What's the matter! how can I un-install the plugin?

Do I have a lower version of Wordpress, which makes this error to come?

      If accessible, login to Dashboard, under Plugins Tab, delete the Contact Form plugin.

      If not accessible, try deleting the plugin through FTP.
      /public_html/domain name.com/wp-content/plugins

      Why using Old version, when u have wordpress 3.0.4
      Just a suggestion, Upgrade to latest version of wordpress.

      But as such never had any problem with this plugin.
      Yes, i can login to my wp-admin , BUT there is nowhere the're saying i Un-install, OR delete the plugin!

      Can i delete it from my ftp, when I never installed it from there? i used the manual install.
