good opt-in rate for webforms

I have a question about web form conversion that opt-in traffic from a website into an auto responder system.
I use fade-in pop-ups that convert in a range of 0.2-0.8%.
Now I'm not complaining about the opt-ins and the amount of traffic at all, I just want to compare with people who use opt-ins in their websites how much is considered a good opt-in ratio.
