Where can I find generic Policy Page, Terms of Service page

Wordpress has plugins for most if not all of these. Just go to WPs plugin download page and search each term you're looking for...............shouldn't take but 10 minutes.

Your policy and terms pages should be tailored to your website. That is, a marketing site needs to be a little different from a health site.

I think you mean Adsense instead of Adwords. There is additional language Google requests if you have Adsense ads.

While I would normally refer you to my site for already specifically tailored language, my impression is you're just looking for something free and trying to have something just to have it, without caring if it actually has any benefit to you.

Might as well write it yourself. Except for the Adsense issue, a privacy policy could be one sentence about not disclosing any information to others.

Terms of service is a different matter. Their purpose is not to help users, but to protect yourself and give yourself peace of mind. Big difference.

Your TOS need to cover not only your squeeze page, but also your ultimate website (if you have one), plus your email messages, plus whatever you may be promoting in your email messages.
