one word .biz domain names?

Am just curious whether .biz domain names are any good for domain flipping.
(I know that it's next to impossible to answer that question blindly.)
The domain name is a single word .biz domain name and a friend is offering me at a reasonably cheaper price. I am not exactly sure how it can be monitized, but it, for sure, can be used for purposes of educating people about scams (online/offline)
What gets me interested is that it is a proper dictionary word. I wouldn't imagine .biz to go as crazy as .coms, but I am just more than getting tempted to buy and flip the domain.
So what do warriors think about buying one word .biz domain names for flipping?
