    1) Buy a digital camera.

    2) Move to Hollywood.

    3) Be wary of paparazzi laws.

    Good luck!

Dan's content is irregularly read by handfuls of people. Join the elite few by reading his blog: dcrBlogs.com, following him on Twitter: dcrTweets.com or reading his fiction: dcrWrites.com but NOT by Clicking Here!

Dan also writes content for hire, but you can't afford him anyway.

Would love to do this but I don't think its possible for me to manage this along with the IM career.

With IM, you can live anywhere.

And that's probably going to be your best bet for free or low priced celebrity images.

For non-free images, you could try: PR Photos - Exclusive Celebrity Stock Photos For The Press!

Sure but there is no time to hang out with Angelina Jolie and co. as I need to spend 13 hours a day writing 20 articles.

If you will be a paparazzi you better purchase a Nikon or Cannon camera that allows you to zoom far away. In this instance you are safe and you are like sniping from a safe corner.

Jim, one thing you need to realize is that, for celebrities, their appearance IS their product. Many are famous for being famous.

Even those whose basic stock in trade is somewhere else (actors, singers, etc.) realize that, because they are famous, their image has commercial value. Most of them (or their management) guard that value closely.

If you don't believe me, try creating an IM product themed around "Dirty Money" and use Sean Combs' latest incarnation to promote it...

If you are thinking of using the licensed photos for anything other than a fan page, for example on a commercial Web site selling anything, you can't do that legally.

So does that mean using licensed images on a fan page that runs advertising is a no-no. From this reasoning I would assume so. ?

Depends on the terms of the license. Some allow advertising on fan pages as long as the purpose of the page is not to support advertising.

When in doubt, read the license...
