Changing a word press theme??

I want to hire someone to change the entire layout of my revolution Magazine word press site.

Is this doable?

The easiest way is to search for templates you like - there are plenty out there. Download the ones you like that are free.
Upload them to your site in the themes folder

Figure out what needs to be changed on the new template and find someone to tweak it for you.
With all the free templates out there, there must be something that is close to what you like. It's not worth it to pay someone to create a template from scratch for you. Get something close and have them just fix a few things.

If you like the revolution magazine template but want a few changes to it, hire the original creator to make the changes since he knows the template very well.

You could also post in the Wordpress forums asking for help on specific parts of the modifications of the theme you want to carry out. This way you'll learn as you go along how to carry out basic tweaks to the .php and .css files that make up the layout of your site.

But if you want somebody else to do the technical stuff, I'm sure you'll get a pm or two from members of this forum who are experts in this field.
