In your experience what are the best Keyword tools, both free and paid?
It seems like Google Keytool might be slanted a bit to me, but have no real evidence..
Thanks!

I would go with Googles Keyword Tool since they have the ability to collect the most user information.

You would need to look at where everyone else gets their data. Almost all don't get it directly.

I used a combination of Googles Keyword Tool and Market Samurai. I don't think keyword research is a perfect science so don't worry about the different metrics you will find between each tool.

FYI, Market Samurai gets the data from Google.

I use the google free tool mostly. I have market samurai too, but if you know where to look on the adwords tool, you don't really need it. It saves you time, but certainly not money. Hehe.

    Best of luck to you.

A combination of Market Samurai and Micro Niche Finder depending on what I need to do, exactly.

Google Keyword tool is the best keyword tool for me. It is use to generate search ideas and billions of people are using the exact Google they use so its the most accurate tool one can use.

I use Micro Niche Finder and it seems pretty good - except for a few results that just don't jive. They use Googles External Tool and at times the response comes back showing Zero competition right next to another term just like it with hundreds of competitors - so I don't trust it 100%.

Other than that, I'm still working on the best system to keyword research - which is quit the challenge.

Market Samaria is pretty much all I use. Sometimes I use the google keyword tool but that's just when I'm being lazy and don't want to mess with Samaria.
Getting Market Samaria has by far been one of the best software investments I've made in my business.

I own Market Samurai and MicroNichefinder but I have a tendency to trust the results from Market Samurai more.

Also, MS can help with your topical research if you're new to the niche. The data from MNF is a bit easier to understand IMO but my vote goes to MS.

I created Slick Niche Finder (which uses the GKWT) to use right off the bat so I could more easily pair down my list of potentials. Then I use Market Samurai to get more details, especially the Domains available for those keywords.
