Can you please help me with this camtasia problem?

Hello,
I have this problem with xvid codec on Camtasia! It used to work fine but now this error appears when I try to save as avi using the xvid mpeg-4 codec:

I am on windows 7.

Anoybody knows how to fix this problem?

I haven't experienced this exact error but I've had many similar problems with Camtasia. It's very fussy about importing .mov files.
Are you running the latest version of Camtasia? If not try doing a 2nd install of the most recent version (you can try free for 30 days) and see if that fixes it.
Alternately if you are running the most recent version try downgrading. You can find old versions at Previous Release Download Locations
I've also had success soliciting help from a co-worker who has Camtasia for mac. For whatever reason his version worked for what we were trying to do and my pc version didn't. Know anyone with Camtasia for mac?

  Well it worked for me as it was but I don't know what happened with the xvid codec that I am getting this error. I tried a lot of things and nothing worked. Thanks for your help anyway!
