I just sent out a free video to my list and it has received great feedback, so I thought I would share it here with all of you.

The idea for increasing click thrus is a super tip, and one I have not heard anywhere else. I am going to change out my resource box to comply asap.

Very inspirational post! I've been doing it like this for a long time, and it does work, I know for a fact, because I do it.

Excellent tip ---100% correct. I see articles all the time with boring resource boxes. It can really kill CTR. Thanks!

Hi,

This advice is 100% true. One of my articles got approved yesterday at EZA.com in which I have used this technique. So far I have got 19 views and 9 URL click that's almost 50% CTR.

I like that tip! I'm always trying various methods of improving my resource box.

Anothetr way I'm thinking of doing one of my articles is to use a 10 tip article. I already have a few, in addition to 5 tips, 7 tips, 3 steps etc. In the next one though I'm thinking of making my 10th tip as the resource box and then provide only a couple of words and write 'read the rest of it ... (link)'.

If you notice the picture in the right hand corner...

That is a signed Alstott picture. Next to that is a signed Lynch picture from the Super Bowl. I could go on and on. I am a huge Buccaneer fan. My wife was just commenting about my obsession today.

Hey Shannon, excellent advice. I have a question. When changing the content of the resource box do you have to go back and resubmit the article?

I ask because I just changed my default blurb to test. Then I pulled up an article associated with the default box and it was the old content not the amended. I'm hoping it takes some time before the new stuff shows up, otherwise I'd need to pull all my articles and resubmit, which these days is taking longer and longer. Thanks.

If you want to change an already submitted article you would have to resubmit it.

I would advise against that. If you are getting traffic from that article from the search engines you run the risk of losing that traffic.

I would just start applying what you learned to all your future articles.

Thanks for the kind words. What type of Horse do you have. One of my long term goals is to get 15 archers and get 2 horses and a cow.

And I really couldn't tell you what kind of horse he is, my mom got him from an Equine rescue and I'm not sure she even knows what he is. Haha!

All she says is he's a buckskin. Which I'm fairly certain (I really don't know horses) that's talking about his color.

Yes, you can embed youtube videos on you your site.

Now, If a video is in violation of Youtubes TOS there is really no reason to embed it because it will come down eventually anyway.
