Going to sell my website, any advice?

I have recently decided that i'm going to sell my website Get Him Back Forever - Win Back Your Man

It is about 3 months old so far, has multiple page 1 listings and page 2 listings, makes about a sale every other day, averaging out to about $400 a month.

Any advice to help me flip it for as much as possible? Thanks!

Write a description of the website just like you did in this post. Make sure it's more detailed of course. Show proof of traffic and earnings then add some benefits to make buyers more interested. (Ex: website already making money, evergreen niche)

Detailed description, proof of earnings and traffic sources are the most important.

Install google analytics if you havent already and let it run.

That is always the first thing I want to see.

Agreed. Serious buyers like to see Google Analytics.

Yep have had GA installed on it since the beginning, do you think getting somewhere between $6k and $10k would be reasonable or too high?

It has made me around $100 each week since about 5 weeks ago, and that's with only rankings in the 3,4,5 range, no number 1 rankings yet.

        Thanks for the advice
