Am I Reading & Understanding This Correctly?

The following is a copy of a license agreement for a royalty free stockphoto site that I have been using, so my question is this?

According to what the following says, it seems as though I have a legal license to use these images in a website template, at least that is my understanding from the wording.

What I an wanting to do is be able to sell to others websites with headers that have stockphotos. Which would require this type of license I believe?

Am I reading this correctly?

License Terms

You may use (***name of stockimage website***) content in your commercial and/or personal projects.

Examples of projects: Web sites, presentations, newsletters, brochures, advertisements, announcements, labels, e-greetings (personal use only), Web templates, vinyl cutting, routing, engraving, t-shirts, school projects, screen printing, e-books, and mechanical embroidery.

    You're reading that correctly but you should consult with someone in the legal field if you are not sure about the proper usage. But reading the paragraph you just posted, I think you are reading it right.

    If you look at themeforest, most people aren't using stock photos in their designs, and the reason is (aside from it costing money) that many buyers couldn't care less about the stock images. I don't think it helps sales much.

      The project I am thinking about is not like what people do on themeforest. Meaning I am thinking about selling webtemplates. Minisite type templates that have a header and footer, and will have stock images in them.

      These webtemplates I am talking about, cannot be resold by others but can be used for personal use only.
