Everyone seems to be 'Too Busy' to make any new partnerships...

Well here's a disturbing discovery...

Not many people here want to partner with others... and here's the reason...

Everyone is 'their own master' and doesn't seem to think they could gain something by working with others...

I remember a time where it was so easy to gain friendships and partnerships working with others online, but now it seems like everyone has their own agenda, and has the mentality of 'what's in it for me if I partner with you'

Pretty sad really, but oh well.. I'm sure there are people out there that still abide by the barter system... if I have value, I'm willing to trade it with someone that has equal value to exchange back...

P.S. PM Me if you want to partner with me...

- Jared

I love partnerships... I have a few partners on a few different projects.

In every instance, we both bring different skillsets and knowledge into the mix.

    Good post Jared,

I'm always looking to partner with people...and definitely always trying to help where I can, regardless of gain.

Jared, I am also open to relationships. I think in a JV one has to be able to deliver value to each other for it to work well. I think you cannot do this business without partners, not as successful as those that use partners in anycase.

I generally want to get to know someone before I would consider partnering with them. If it's not someone that I have communicated with over time, and know well enough to know that I have complete faith in them - I wouldn't partner with someone.

If I am working with someone, I am endorsing what they do, and telling people I consider them competent and trustworthy - which is fine, as long as I know my partner well enough to be sure that's true. The fact that someone is a member of the Warrior Forum does not automatically mean that I know anything about them or that they're trustworthy or good to work with.

I am in the process of attempting to launch a product and being a relative unknown (I'm talking about myself here) you can't just expect people to jump at promoting you, it takes a lot of persistence and patience.

Also keep in mind that a lot of people have promotion schedules, some of the people I've contacted are very interested in working with me but they are booked solid with promotions for 2-3 months in advance or have their own products coming out.

It seems A TON of people are releasing products this time of year (in the IM niche anyway) I think it has to do with everyone procrastinating to get their projects out and the scramble is on to get them out before the end of the year :-)
