Maybe a bit high but what is access to thousands and thousands of people interested in internet marketing worth?

To the right person, I could see 5 mill.

      A bit high, really?

If I owned this place I wouldn't sell it for less than $10 million.

Have a look at the WSO section and pick a thread on the top of page one; any thread. Then wait 24 hours and see how many more WSO's have overtaken it and multiply that number by $40.

Then, think about the classified section and all of those ads, then think about the banners at the top of the forum, then think about War Room memberships, etc.

Then factor in that most established websites will sell for 8x-10x monthly income and you'll agree that $5 million would be way too low!

There is a formula for guestimating the price of a website and based on the ad revenue and views I think they are close.

But for those of us who have used the warriorforum to learn and expand our business. I think the cost is : PRICELESS

It's worth more in the range of 10 mil in my mind. If you look at Allen's earnings from the amount of WSO's being bumped, and posted daily, you'll see what I mean

Add on WAR Room subscriptions, signature subscriptions, article forum subscriptions, the new header banners, and the text banners...

He must be doing $30k/weekly still

And it's all on AUTO PILOT!

This sounds like another crappy WSO sales copy being formed as we speak. LOL!

      Impressive!
It *MIGHT* be a lot more then that. I calculated that when it was $20 a WSO... And I had access to a number of wso posted thing, from Aaron Sustar, who had this very cool tool

Agreed. And the forum is constantly growing and adding new members everyday. When you take that into account....that it will basically just keep growing itself, the true value is difficult to comprehend.

With the quality of information I have no doubt the value is high.

However you should also understand these sort of evaluation sites generally use automated evaluation. Many times they cannot truly express the true value. Also I notice many like to over evaluate because quite frankly people who search up their own sites like to see high value then they feel happy. Likely hood is if they provide a lower price causing the owner to sell at a lower rate then the users won't be so settled. In my mentality they probabl think aim higher is better either way.

The evaluation is from a business perspective is inaccurate since you would be uanble to make back 5 million/year with owning the warrior forum however metaphorically it would be correct with the amount of valuable information there is.

In short I think the value is indeed as such with the information and content but base on the ROI it wouldn't be a right.

Worth much more than 5 million. I'd say Allen does near 5 million in revenue yearly.

If I could buy a business that did 5 Million in revenue with almost zero overhead for 15 Million, I'd sell everything I own and buy every one of them.

If this site does 5 million per year, I'd price it at around 40 Million if it were to be sold.

This site will always be worth a lot of money because of the wonderful information that is available here. Imagine what it would be like if this site wasn't on the web? I don't think 80% of the members currently here would even have the ability to make money online if it wasn't for this site. So with all of that being said, I would put a $100,000,000 price tag on this website.

By my observations, the $5 million per year estimate may be on the low-side.

The question is whether the sale price should be based on one year's revenues or a multiple number of years...

I know that every day, are bumped or created near 100 wsos...so this is 4000$/day only from WSO's, is also like 2000-3000$/day from "Warriors For Hire" and the other sections.I'd say that the forum does like 150-200,000$/month.So, yes, the forum is worth 6-8$ mil.

As they say, it is worth as much as someone is willing to pay. And I have no doubt that there would be quite a few buyers if the sticker price was $5mil.

These valuation sites that quote these type of figures have to be seen more as a fun indicator and nothing else, the true price of a website or forum is what someone is willing to put his hand in his pocket and part with the wonga.
I guess the owner of this forum is making enough so that when a bill comes through the post he wont loose sleep over it,i say good luck to the guy but what he earns is personal and i think you could ask 100s of people on the forum how much he earns a month/year and the figure would be from one extreme to the other.

I use this forum the same as the other top flight forums solely as a business tool and that is it,you see the exact same question like how much the site is worth and how much the owner earns on all of them.

Good luck to them i say.

This site is worth a lot more than $5 million dollars. Look at the sites that have a similar alexa ranking: sitesell.com, pandora.com, mozilla.org, plentyoffish.com,groupon.com - i would not be surprised if $5mil was the minimum amount this site makes in a year. Some of those sites are worth a billion dollars.

      Hilarious.

I have a bunch of PR4's that I only use for links; They have no advertising at all on them so there is no money being made from them as it's not the purpose of them.

However, I'll happily trade them for the WF. After all, PR4's are better than PR3's, right?

      /sarcasm.

Those site valuation tools usually overblow price estimates, but in this case the WF would easily be worth that much. I'm sure there's nothing in their calculation process about the unique forms of income here.

But it's certainly not auto pilot. Just ask the mods.
