Which site gives the true website evaluation.

I wanted to sell one of my site and was trying to find out several sites for the evaluation of my site. However to my surprise, I always got different values in all the different sites I evaluated.

Can anyone let me know which one is perfect site for evaluation?

The answer is none of the automated valuation sites give the true value of a website. Most of them are gross exaggerations of the true value of the website but some of them also undervalue the websites. Value cannot be determined automatically.

Does the website make any money? Does it have good traffic? Any other assets, like a list, etc.

Have a look at flippa.com and see what similar sites have sold for.
Agreed. No automated estimate will come close to the answers you find by looking into it yourself.

However, if you are only interested in automated services, I'd say there is no perfect one, so use multiple and look at average results.

Don't use an automated site to evaluate your site (business). Use traditional business calculations (ie; balance sheet, value of assets, profit/loss statements, bank statements, etc).

The only truly accurate opinion on a site's value is the one held by a willing (and able) buyer. Everything else is a guess at best...

If someone is going to do evaluations, they need to have some incentive to do it. Often you will find evaluations within niches where they truly write an honest review. But the exceptions outnumber the honest reviews. I know an honest web hosting review website for example. They have done great job for years (whreviews.com), and still are awesome, but they are overshadowed by the affiliate based sites. We have our own blog for evaluating phpLD sites, and our incentive is we want people to do well with our software. But I think you have to look at the incentives, and then work backwards.

It is okay to contact me! I have been developing software since 1999, creating many popular products like phpLD.
