Upsell after physical product sale vs Link to upsell included inside the package?
I'm brainstorming. Amongst the material I've studied says the buyer gets excited after a purchase, then fades down, then w/a physical product excited again when they receive it.
I'm using PayPal for upsells at the moment (not 1 click). Do you think there may be any benefit if instead of an upsell I include a special link inside the package to a welcome video and upsell offer? Of course, I'd test it. This strategy could benefit you too.
