Anyone had success flipping non-adsense monetized affiliate sites?

I have a few that I'd like to flip and wouldnt mind chatting with someone who has experience in this area. Where do you typically sell them? Let me know if you've got time to chat on IM or skype. Thanks.

Yep. Any site that is making money can be flipped. I flipped an Amazon site once. All on Flippa.

Ye you can flip any site as long as you can prove its making money otherwise its a hard sell.

People on Flippa love Adsense but any site that is making money should sell.

You can sell sites easily. This forum is a great place to start. Even if the sites aren't making money people are still interested in high ranking sites with potential!

Cool, thanks for chiming in everyone

What kind of monthly multiple are you seeing for your sites? I have a few sites that are 1year+ old, and a few that are around 6 months. Also have sites that are 2-3months old. What kind of pricing might you implement in each case? If it's an auction, do you set a reserve and how are you determining your BIN?

    Thanks.

My formula for site selling is as follows: Monthly income of the site *12 months + the cost of listing the advertisement.

Do you go for 12 months regardless of how old the site is?
