Can You Help Me Publish My Clean Contact Page?

i have the clean contact plug-in uploaded and activated and I've updated the settings. however it hasn't shown up on my blog, any suggestions?

    Did you publish a page with the short code on it? That is where It would appear (I imagine)

      I do not know if this is like contact form 7, but if it is you will have to create and publish a page name contact and then copy the shortform code from the settings into your page. But you will probably have to past it into the html view and then click update.

      Actually I don't know for sure that you have to publish the contact page first, that is just what I do.

        ok so i went to the settings retrieved the short code: in this case it's "clean-contact"

        now what do i with it now? do i add a new page and paste that on it?
