Just made a new squeeze page, need feedback

Trying a little different approach, and would like some feedback. The idea is pretty simple, I have a video selling my free product so folks sign up for my list, then I offer them an immediate solution to their short term problem, while being able to help them later down the road because they joined my list.

Want to get some thoughts before I start trying to drive some traffic to this thing.

    Just personal subjective humble opinion.

    1. Never stop testing and tweaking it regardless of what anyone says. Measure the results until you're happy with the results.

    2. Overall not bad.

    3. I think the red text could use a little redoing. It's more the aesthetics than the message itself.

    4. I'd try messing around with the headline. I don't speak for everyone "get money fast" screams to me some kind of cheesy scam. You don't want to get grouped with those types.

    5. Find some people to give you testimonials. Even if you have to give away a few paid products. It never hurts.

Good luck. I'd listen to a few opinions and combine the best ideas.

It's not really a squeeze page. There is too much other stuff going on that will cause your optin rate to be very low. If the main purpose of that page is to get their email address then you need to get rid of all the other links, etc.

    squeeze page

    Here are my 7-8 changes

    I would
-remove the links at the top, which can be distracting for the visitors, who if the click will go to them new pages, losing them from the squeeze page.

-Put the squeeze page on a solo page with no other links to other pages, or other distracting links. This will hurt your conversions.

-Always test though, test 2 versions of the same thing against each other (Headline, colours, offers, pictures etc) using A/B Split testing software.

-Include a shortened headline in red, and use that original one as a subheading.

-Where are your bullets? include some bullets to highlight the benifits of your report. (see my examples)

Where are them 2 links going to,
    Page is loading, please wait!
    http://tracking.wolfstormmedia.com/SHS4

-you will lose visitors as they click these links, leaking your visitors away from the squeeze pages.

-Try and make it a bit more clear what you are giving away, a free ebook? free guide? newslettter?

Those links open a new browser window for payday CPA offers. I'm probably trying to do to much on the page, but I'm trying to offer people an immediate solution, and then a long term one.

I don't know how to remove the navigation menu from the top of the page in wordpress for a single page. If someone could let me know, that would be awesome. Off to google...

There's your mistake. A squeeze page, and indeed most pages on a website, should only ever have one objective. You need to decide what the purpose of that page is and then design it to suit that purpose. If it is a squeeze page designed to get people on your list then you need to concentrate on that one thing and get rid of anything on the page that is not helping that main objective.

What about the visitors that come to the site because they need money now? I mean sure, they may be interested in budgeting, but I also lose the chance to tell them about these payday loans.

Dont mix one page for multiple purposes

You need to perhaps have 1 page for visitors who need money now

            www.Yourdomain.com/Paydayloans

and direct traffic (however you are getting that) to that page, for them keywords

and another page for the squeeze page, where your squeeze page traffic comes from
            www.Yourdomain.com/Squeeze

The squeeze page is intended to make a decision of your visitors
1 opt in, 2 Not bother (and click cancel)

Or You can also direct all visitors to the squeeze page, and offer them Payday loans in your email series, with providing value of course in the emails too, in an ecourse.

Dont mix one page for multiple purposes, adding links to the squeeze page adds leaking channels, and you can lose valuable visitors forever.

Error here as well. I can tell you though (just my opinion) that the links should go. I think a squeeze page should have nothing else on it besides the headline, bullets, opt in form. That's what the $47 clickbank books say anyway.

OK, I'm an idiot. I changed the name of the page and forgot to update the link in the post. Fixed. Please try again...
