Way to go, Shay. It doesn't happen overnight and it does require work, but it's definitely worth it. Being able to make money without even having to step out of your home - only very few could do this 10 years ago. Now everybody with a computer and Internet can. It still amazes me.

Awesome work - the most important part of your success is that you are focused on "passive" income. By working once generating the reports and ecourses (sky's the limit to expand your info product portfolio), you can leverage that over and over again many times for months and even years to come.

If everyone took 1-week out of their current schedule to develop an info product (report, ecourse, checklist, presentation, resource guide, manual, home study course, etc...) - putting aside all of the "chase-after-me" tactics that seem to capture everyone's attention - they would find exactly what you have, that selling your own products is a business model that really works.

I will tell you what Shay hasn't said

Shay had an idea, and she started to ask questions. Every answer snowballed into more questions, and those answers snowballed into more questions. But, here is the most important part that most people don't get or understand.

Shay took those answers and immediately put them into action. I mean immediately. 2 weeks ago she was doing her business in a certain way, she asked a question, got the answer, and made a change and has already seen the fruit of those changes.

I can remember when I first came to the WF and I asked Bev, "What is PLR?"

She was gracious enough to answer - and has answered many, many questions since.

(I pretty much have questions every day for Bev. She loves me. LOL)

That is the wonderful thing about this forum. Newbies can come here and ask questions - and get answers.

I did not post all of my questions on the forum - I didn't want to look foolish. There were many PM's sent to people that asked, "What did you mean by...." And I got very gracious answers from so many Warriors here.

I still ask questions.

I have no problem asking for clarification if I need it. What good is partial knowledge? To me, that means you just know enough to be dangerous...LOL

I also don't have a problem asking for advice if I am thinking about doing something. Why do something that is known to fail? If I can learn from the experience of others, that is better for me.

Most of the time, the answer I get isn't, "Don't do that," but, "Let me show you a way that is better." I am not left hanging.

(But you have to act on what you are told - don't just ask questions and then never do what is suggested!)

I have never met a more giving group of people. Seriously. Have I paid for some of the knowledge I have gained? Absolutely. I have paid for a few WSO's and a workshop. But I consider that a small price to pay for the return. The amount I spent was less than 2 trips to the local Chinese food restaurant for me and the kids.

The reward? A lifetime of financial freedom. Very much worth it.

Something else I haven't mentioned often (in the OT forum I did): My husband is a disabled veteran. His health is not good. We have always known he would have to retire early - but I was so scared that I could not support us all if he became to ill to work.

Now, we are happily planning his retirement. I am not afraid anymore.

Something else I haven't mentioned often (in the OT forum I did): My husband is a disabled veteran. His health is not good. We have always known he would have to retire early - but I was so scared that I could not support us all if he became to ill to work.

Don't miss what Mike Williams said - create a product that teaches other newbies how to do the exact same thing. And make sure you keep in touch with the customers that bought from you. It's 100 times easier to make repeat sales to an existing customer than it is to sell to a new one.

I personally have been online and making a full time income for the past 2 years or so. My first 4 years, I struggled and failed miserably. Persistence and a strong desire is needed to make it.

I also want to say that in the past 5 months, I had about 3 days where I made over $600US in profit.

Anything is possible....
