easy transfer to a different host?

Currently we run 7 large websites on ipgae.com servers.
Their service is good, the hosting features and CP are simple great!
But we do have one big problem with them: the servers are overloaded and VERY SLOW
Sometimes it takes more than 10 seconds to load a 50k page
Also the time response is usually terrible.

Could someone recommend of a different host that is BOTH good features + service AND high speed? another important issue is an easy transfer from ipage to the new host.
We run scripts such as wordpress, phpbb, Arfooo directory and we dont want to get stuck while transferring these scripts.

    Quite a few of the "better" hosts offer a (often complimentary) switching service. Suggest that once you've identified a few that you contct them to ask about your own particular transfer requirements, scripts you're using etc.

    You can get something of a feel for the hosts depending on the speed and relevance of their reposnse to your questions.
