Socrates Theme Help!

Hey guys. So I've recently started using socrates themse on wordpress and I'm very happy with what it can offer. I am now looking to use the 'sales page' setting to put up some sales pages for my offers. However, I want to be able to vary the size and colour of the text, you know like having big red letters with yellow highlighting as you get on typical IM sales letters. But, is there a text editor somewhere that can allow me to do this and I just copy and paste it onto the sales page, or save it and upload?

It would be great saving the money on outsourcing if I could find a way of inputting my own great looking text. Any help would be much appreciated.

    How about using free software like the NVU html editor or the free html editor from Coffeecup software. You could create your sales page by importing a sales page you like, edit the imported page and then you have one you can use. Then copy the html code generated into Socrates. I have done this with other themes that have a sales page feature. Just a thought and it is free..

      I think the following should work:

      • Write a normal blog post, and use the Wordpress formatting buttons to format the text as you want.
      • Switch to the HTML tab, and copy the HTML.
      • Paste the HTML into your sales page.

          The salespage template uses the normal Wordpress editor, and you can use the H1, H2 etc tags to change sizing.

          You can add simple html to allow for highlighted text.

          For example

          <span style="background:#FFFF00">yellow background</span>
          We also have discussion on our very active Socrates forum about editing these types of pages as well.
