Any Good Real Estate Investing Programs?

I am looking for some real estate investing affiliate programs that I can research for my opt in list. I was wondering if anyone knew of any worthwhile promoting to my list?

It all depends. What exactly are you looking for? short sales, preforeclosures, flipping, wholesaling, subject to, etc.

Pm me and I can share some with you. You can always research some of the gurus products, check out reviews on them and then contact some of the gurus and ask them if they have an affiliate program.

Lou Brown- "The Whole Enchilada"
Barney Zick- (may he rest in peace) anything you can find
Greg Dorriety- (not sure if that's correct spelling)-Bankruptcy RE
Donna Bauer- Note-buying
Stefan Kasian- "Auction Powers"

I've reviewed just about everyone of them. If you want an honest opinion of any product you're thinking of promoting in this niche, PM me.

I am interested in mostly foreclosure and short sale programs. But want to see everything that is out there pertaining to real estate.

Corwinnx I may just PM you to see what you have to say when I find something to promote.

I dont' have a PM, but for pre-foreclosure, check Ron Legrand's stuff out. And be sure to get Donna Bauer's Notebuying Program and Gregg Dorrietys Bankrupcty program because BOTH of those have heavy connections to the pre-foreclosure arena.

Stay away from foreclosuresdaily, they're in deep ... well you know.. right now.

And for marketing information for the pre-foreclosure, look up Dan Doran and ugh.. I can't remember the other guy's name but his program I think is called "Marketing Mastery." My friend Ken is in RE and he's right here in Fort Lauderdale. I'll give him a call and see what else he reccommends.

Contact Steve Cook...his RE program is superb. He is also a great example of a guy who practices what he preaches.
