For every newbie the first option presented when choosing niches is whether to go for the physical products market or the digital product market. This topic, selling information / software products or physical products, has aroused a lot of interest in the IM circle. Is selling physical products really better?
Lets just jump on the internet marketing bandwagon! Do your promote a real product?
Some do well promoting information product niches, some do well promoting physical products.
Choosing to promote Informational products:
Digital products have higher commission pay outs compared to physical prodcuts. This is because the formers provided via digital download thereby reducing the cost of production.
An imperative lesson I learnt, common sense actually, is that when you get people typing particular specific words into Google or any search engine, they're looking for something very specific.
And at that stage, that just means they are ready to just take out theyre credit cards and buy. Convince them to buy from you.
So targeting people searching for specific information is key.
Choosing to promote Physical products:
Why do people choose physical products? Because the market size is greater in the modal consumer market. So of course they would prefer selling physical real products.
When someone searches for a particular product, they are ready to buy rather than just look for information. Again, convince them to buy from you and the deal is sealed.
Target customers who are comfy buying premium brands online so selling the best of the whole range not only gives you the highest commission of the lot but you know the customer has searched for the specific product you are selling.
Make sure you look for markets / niches / products that have a high search volume and don't forget about the significance of looking up the keywords if you want to make a profit.
What does a customer type in when theyre looking for a product? Thats what you got to ask yourself. Those keywords are important because those customers are ready to buy products.
TIP 1:
IM gurus go into the forward-looking levels of research the sales and the visits to a a variety of site.
Consider the type of traffic:
Is the site targeting teenagers who don't have a disposable income to spend a lot on your gaming site? OR
Does your customer earn over $150,000 a year? Are they predisposed to buying online? If they were getting ready to buy pool pump and accessories then they were surely prepared to dish out $1000.
So remember your whole ideal is to convince them to buy from your merchant and thereby facilitate the buying.
TIP 2:
Besides relevancy and specificity, products with high payouts and high gravity, are the trump to think.
TIP 3:
Give email marketing a good shot. How do you seize great leads? Build your newsletter sign up box, exit popover graphic display and even your flying popovers. Using any or all, give it try, be proactive and send only quality information. You dont want to appear spamy with junk being delivered to your prospective clients inboxes. Alternatively send quality information that doesn't send a prospective customer to unsubscribe at the drop of a hat.
