Reddit has subdomains called "subreddits." These are basically all the individual niches that make up reddit. For example there are "subreddits" for programming, for working at home, for saving money, for dating tips, for certain brands like apple and microsoft. There are literally tens of THOUSANDS of these subreddits.
Here's the cool part. Adspace on reddit is CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP. $20/per 1000 impressions. Some of these subreddits are quite small, and quite targeted. You might be getting impressions for a week or two. If you find the right subreddit, you can make a killing.
For example, I have a zazzle.com store, and I made a novelty tshirt based on an inside joke on one of the subreddits. I made 600 dollars from 2 ad buys. How's that for a return of investment?
