Where To Get Free Articles?

Hi.

Is there anywhere where I can get free articles without providing backlinks? I have using Ezine Articles and the like but the backlinks provided is effecting the PR of the site and many articles are not being indexed.

    It's not quite free, and (usually) not quite usable as it is, but you can buy decent PLR and re-write it quickly enough.

    Stay away from the stuff advertised as "free PLR", though, Jim, whatever you do: it's much more of a liability than an asset and has all already been used by huge numbers of others.

    I don't think it's going to be possible to get articles of decent quality without paying either with money or with backlinks, though.

      I joined up a PLR membership site but unfortunately it seems they are not PLR at all. Many "possibly" have been taken from Article Directories and other sites and advertised as PLR with the potential for "liability" further down the line.

      I've used articles from directories to build most of my sites and kept the links, doesn't seem to be a problem.

      Yip, have to agree with Alexa here. "There is no such thing as a free lunch" so they say. I think you will find the same applies here. It's unlikely you will find that someone has taken the time to write content if they don't have anything to gain from it, be it money, or a back link. That's just my experience though.

    I would also advice to stay clear of PLR articles. Most of these sites which offer PLR articles have such a huge inventory of them that they really do not know which are duplicates or very close edited copies of others. They do not check that stuff and it can create bigger problems for you in the future.

    You can find good inexpensive writers on this forum or other resource forums. Good luck to you.

    Maybe it's just me, but I had very little success either finding pre-written articles, or ordering from inexpensive writers. The article is always not quite what you need, and the editing time is comparable to writing it from scratch. So for me the current solution is "if you want to do it right, do it yourself."

    Unfortunately, this is obviously not scalable or even sustainable long-term, so I'm still looking for a better solution.

    It depends what you are using the articles for. If you use them to get some back links then they will do the job but to use them to drive traffic to your site may be not such a good idea because usually they are overused and the quality is poor.
