Amazon Affiliate Please Help Explain

Hi, I checked on my Amazon account and noticed that there are 2 items ordered but no commission reflected and no shipment yet.

I am not familiar with the Amazon system. So what does this means? . Can anyone explain to me.Does this means i have made sales? Thanks

    Yeah I don't think a commission shows until something has been shipped.

    Hi Qamar,

    Yes you have made some sales, 2 items have been ordered under your account.

    Once they get shipped your commission for those items will show up in the reporting section under 'earnings'.

    You will receive your commission once the item has been shipped and verified that the transaction went through smoothly, sometimes this can take a couple of days to reflect in your account.

    Once it ships, you will get credit for it. Some of the really large items like stereo speakers or swing sets can take even longer like 1-2 weeks but not to worry, you will get commission!

    technically you cannot celebrate until the item is shipped but even then it might get returned, and this is -$ on your account (i think). it's a tough old game.

    Hi Quamar,

    I too am new to selling on Amazon and had my first 3 orders just before xmas and wondered the same.
    The one order was shipped straight out and showed my commission, the other 2 orders didn't show any commission till the week after when they were finally shipped out. So far non have been returned.
