If you do them or know someone who does them well please provide a recommendation.

I'm looking for someone who has some experience in getting high CTRs for a banner ad.

You can start work tonight if I like your stuff.

This post is for everyone. If you know someone whose been good to you in the past and does banner ads please send them my way.

I don't have to tell you that many great designers are
running WSO's but I also wanted to suggest using freelance
websites. The best way to do this is finding the top rated
freelancers and then going over projects that they have done.

Many out there only do designs and are really good and by
posting a project you'll get over 20 bids with samples in only
1 or 2 hours.
