LOCAL traffic search tool Needed!

Hello,

Can someone recommend me a tool to search for LOCAL Google traffic?
I'm used to use the Google Suggestion Tool, however its traffic results are general by country and I cannot search for example for the traffic of a certain keyword in San Diego, CA.

Is there a tool you know (free or paid) that can give me these results?

    I use the geo location in the search. For example, if I want
    to check traffic for plumbers in San Diego I type in the phrase

    plumbers San Diego or San Diego plumbers

    It's not necessarily foolproof but I don't know of any tool
    that specifically geo targets keywords.
