Whats the best place to sell a web site?

Hey all,

I wanted to see if anyone has any experience with selling their website or internet business? I would like to sell my internet business and was thinking of listing it on flippa and just wanted to see if anyone had any experience with it before. I have a website, squeez page, email list and two clickbank products and anaother product in development. The sites have multiple organic rankings for key keywords in my niche and the site itself is an authority in the niche now. I also don't know how I should price it either, so any help with that would be great. The site makes regular sales and the email list is very responsive. Any help would be great, thanks all.

Flippa is the best place for selling a website. On flippa also, you can look how the others prices their websites that are like your site, so you can get an idea how to price it .Anyway are many places where you can sell your site , as well the section from the WF "Complete websites for sale".

I've had a 98% success rate selling on flippa from a total of 13 sites.

Another vote for Flippa. However, as with any site, do your due diligence and make sure the buyer is trustworthy and reputable.

Flippa is by far the most developed website when it comes to selling websites.

Selling a site on Flippa is pretty straightforward. The most important thing is that you do not with hold any important information from your potential buyers.

The fact that you’re offering a whole internet “business” should mean that you should be able to charge more than just a static domain name.

Be sure to play up all of the “extra” benefits your site brings such as the active email list.

Flippa is the most famous for selling websites online, but if you try to find a way of selling it offline you could be making more than selling it on flippa
