Commission For Amazon Products Purchased On External Websites?

I often see that some products are not available on Amazon, but they are available on external websites. If i refer somebody to Amazon website and he purchases product on external website, will i get commission? And is this commission rate same compared to Amazon's default commission rate?

Yes, you will get commissions. The commission is based on the product category, not what external site you get your item shipped from.
