Im a Newbie and Have EBOOK problem, help!

Hi my name is mark i have just started internet marketing and here is my situation:

I have wrote an e book and got a professional e book cover designed for me, but i dont know the most effective low cost ways to market my e book.I am trying e book syndication where i submit the e book to ebook directories.I only know one which is free e book . net.Can anyone tell me if they are getting any success with submiting e books to these directories and i believe it goes viral and do they know any others?Is this the most effective low cost way to market e books, any suggestions as im a little frustrated.

    You could do various things, article marketing (write them yourself or outsource), forum marketing (signature links, post yourself or hire someone to post in forums all day) or even Youtube marketing.

    THe best is if you give your ebook away for free to build a list, and then later on write another ebook and sell it to your list!

    Article Marketing is a cool way to get your ebook out there. I suggest writing them yourself, I learnt a lot from doing so. I would also suggest posting on blogs.

    Definitely do some article marketing, and publish great articles that are related to your book topic. That will help you build up your SEO, while also getting your name out there as a true expert in your niche. Once people see that you know what you're talking about, they'll be far more likely to take a chance and buy your book.

    Take a snippet of your ebook - say the first/best 5 pages - and put them up on Scribd together with the cover and contents page. Add a link to your site where they can get the whole ebook, whether you choose to charge for it or not, the idea being that people are so intrigued by the content they have already seen they are simply gasping for more!

    Hi Mark,

    The cheapest way is to write your own articles and post them to the various article directories. You could also use twitter which can bring in a lot of traffic, these are both free methods and are two ways that can get you started.

    You can always sell it on clickbank to get affiliates to promote it for you.

    Best way to go is listbuilding. Now you need to get traffic...

    Write articles and submit them to article directories, do podcast around your articles etc.

    Start tweeting for more free traffic, the list goes on...
