Ho can I TALK to a Google employee about reinstating my suspended Adwords account?

My Google Adwords account is permanently suspended. I have not violated any Google TOS including Adwords TOS or any other policies. I have no sites. I have no ads running. I'm not using Adsense either. I have had my Adwords account for at least 5 years now. I have no clue why Google has decided to suspend my account. What if I want to create and run Adwords ads?

I can use all the tools inside my Adwords account including . I can also use Market Samurai to get Google data, but I can't use Adwords because of the suspension.

Here is Google's message in my Adwords account:

"Your Google AdWords account has been permanently suspended for repeated violation of AdWords or Landing Page and Site policies in this or a related account."

I have emailed twice to Adwords support. No response yet. Have you had your Adwords account suspended? If so, how long did it take before you received a response? Did you have account reinstated?

I tried reaching 866-2-Google, but the automated system tells me to email for support.

How can I escalate this matter if I don't receive a response within this week? If there's a protocol you have successfully used to get in touch with Google, I would greatly appreciate your help.

    Been there, got the t-shirt. The bad news is you cant talk to anyone. Google are making way too much money to care about the little people.
    I genuinely was banned while I was sleeping because I didn't respond to their 3 emails (sent in 7 hours while I slept) about my site.
    When I woke up I had already got my final warning and was banned. I tried everything, even opening a new account but they picked up my location and shut that one down as well.
    For now I'd say you're out of luck for a while. I guess in a year or two you could try opening a new account.

    My advice...forget them. The search engine traffic is better anyway...and it's free once you've put in the hard work to rank.

    You could try calling the questions line at 877.721.1744 ... but I have called them with questions before and they are fairly useless.

    Forget it.

    Focus on other, more constructive things. I mean it. I was suspended too and all i got was this lousy t-sh....i mean really BIZARRE answers as to why. I had all my campaigns paused for over a year, so there was not even any ad running...but then they all of a sudden decided to suspend my account..must be from something i did a year ago when i still had ads running.

    Anyway...Article marketing, SEO, etc..and you dont have to pay Google a penny!

      Good advice! My account received a warning that one of my ads' landing page violated one of their TOS about two weeks ago. I immediately asked if they could help me to identify the problem but received no reply except for another email a week ago advising of a permanent suspension of all my ads, not just the one that had a problem.

      Needless to say I am still awaiting the courtesy of a reply to my request for their help.

      They are willing to take your money but they don't put much effort into customer relations. I don't intend to waste any time pursuing the matter.

    I don't know if you heard of the great purge of late 2009? when thousands of affiliates, etc. who were selling the wrong products were permanently banned, some of them were spending thousands of dollars a day and still could not talk to anyone at Google.

    Echo-echo...

    Same thing happened to me, but curiously enough they told me I
    could reopen my account if I contacted them. Strange, yes?

    But, your story is completely identical to Marlon Sanders' story. He
    encountered the same things everyone in this thread mentioned.

    Let it go. That's all you can do unless you really go out of your way
    to get another account. I don't think it's worth it, really.

    There are other PPC platforms that work just fine. Plus there are other
    marketing methods that also work just fine.

    I know it makes you angry, but it's not even worth another second of
    your time.
